You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. All prices are displayed in USD and are payable in supported cryptocurrencies at the exchange rate applicable at the time of checkout. Orders are final once payment is confirmed on-chain. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or policy violations, with a full refund issued to the original payment method.
All products are delivered digitally to your registered email address or account dashboard immediately upon payment confirmation. As all items are digital goods, no physical shipping is involved. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct before completing a purchase.
Due to the instantaneous and irreversible nature of digital goods delivery, all sales are final once a product code or activation credential has been issued. Refunds may be granted solely at our discretion in cases of demonstrable technical failure attributable to bittreflll. Redeemed or partially used codes are not eligible for refund.

Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized API access is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Third-party product availability and functionality are governed solely by the respective product providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bittreflll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the preceding 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, outstanding unfulfilled orders will be refunded at our discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
